In terms of product features it's worth the outlay. I understand they setup the datacentre, saving money without adhering to established redundancy risk management strategies , had to contend with various disasters and are now paying the dear price in terms of reputation and inability to offer 1st and 2nd line customer support. It should be a lesson in false economy. The upside is they are committed to learning from their mistakes and improving their management approaches.

I would like to say I was skeptical because of my previous purchase of lifetime web hosting going belly up. DoRoyal has been around a long time. Yes there was one major downtime issue not too long ago. But support has been great. FYI, Join their Discord server, and you can get help from them directly and from others. You get what you pay for, and that is darn good web hosting.

What a waste of money. This company has zero support. I have had multiple support tickets open for weeks with no response. 2 days into using them they had hard drive failure in one datacenter (Joes datacenter) and is clearly severely impactful for them as multiple users lost login functionality permanently. Not worth the money. Fly by night operation.

Stay away, Customer support is bad, I have created a ticket in August 7 and its August 9 and no response. Some PHP settings needed configuration and there has been no response from Customer support. The only time we get a response is if we leave a review. I have been working on importing theme, server is super slow. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable) Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

UPDATE Stellar support. I have now received stellar support from DoRoyal hosting. All issues have been resolved and I am confident that I will be able to get any future issues resolved as well. ORIGINAL REVIEW (29 July, 2024, 1*) Product is defunct. No access to Direct Admin (ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED). No access to FTP. No answer to tickets.
